Event Request

To enter an Event Request, please fill out the following form below:

Please note: All events must be booked at least 10 days in advance of your desired event date. A signed contract and a 50% deposit of the Food & Beverage Minimum are required to secure your reservation. A 20% service charge and a 3% booking fee will be added to the final bill at the conclusion of the event. All event details, including the signed contract, deposit and food & beverage menus, must be finalized at least 10 business days prior to the event.
